Key Responsibilities

As a Vendors Management Executive, your duties will include:

• Procurement and Supply Chain: Overseeing procurement processes, particularly in the areas of supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and contract compliance.
• IT Procurement: Engaging with IT-related vendors and managing the acquisition of IT goods and services, which are integral to PSW's trade facilitation mission.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To qualify for this role, applicants should have the following educational background and experience:

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (16 years of education).
• Preferred Fields of Study: Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Studies, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.

Professional Experience

• Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years in vendor management, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
• ERP Software: Proficiency in ERP software is essential for managing procurement records effectively.
• Additional Experience: Familiarity with PPRA rules and IT procurement experience is advantageous.
