Transformative Change Management Role

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is a national initiative that aims to simplify trade processes and enhance transparency. The organization is seeking an Assistant Manager Change Management to drive transformation and engage with customers in the trade tech industry.

This position offers a promising opportunity for candidates passionate about driving change and customer engagement. As an Assistant Manager in Change Management, you will be responsible for managing the transition to new processes and systems, focusing on customer and stakeholder engagement, training, and creating a seamless onboarding experience for users of PSW's technology products.

About the Position

This role is a critical area of the IT department, responsible for managing changes related to PSW's trade tech products. You will collaborate with diverse teams to understand customer requirements, identify challenges, and create solutions that enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various teams to align training programs with company goals and strategies.
  • Training and Onboarding: Work on designing and executing onboarding programs tailored to customer needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, operations, and marketing teams to ensure effective adoption of PSW's technology.
  • Change Management: Lead efforts in managing changes related to PSW's trade tech products.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer or stakeholder engagement, with prior experience in change management, customer onboarding, and training highly valued. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree in a related field being an added advantage.
