Head Chef

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation at our restaurant located in Khanpur. Your main role will be to create and execute a variety of dishes, while also managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your creativity, leadership skills, and attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus, ensuring variety and quality of dishes
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Manage inventory levels and food cost control
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Attention to detail for quality control
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Understanding of food cost control
- Good communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Khanpur
