Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our commercial growth in the FTR region. The position is based in Faisalabad, but will require frequent travel across the entire region. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling advanced ISP and fiber solutions, building long-term relationships, and driving market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities for products including Internet Panel Services, DPLC, Bandwidth, and Dark Core fiber.
- Manage client relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and drive account expansion.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Report sales performance and maintain CRM and documentation integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales within the telecom/ISP sector.
- Prior work experience in FTR (Faisalabad Telecom Region) is essential.
- Solid understanding of ISP operations, fiber networks, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage regional travel effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
