Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee and manage all branch operations, including staff management, customer service, sales, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance and take appropriate actions to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting our products and services.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to recommend necessary adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor team members to ensure high-performance levels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 11 years of proven work experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the accounting industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively guide and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of banking operations and financial services.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Proactive and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
  • Proficient in computer applications and banking software.
