Recruitment Specialist

Independently handle the entire recruitment domain. It is the responsibility of a recruiter to thoroughly vet potential employees, search their background, and certify educational and employment information to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting skills testing, phone interviews, reference checks, and background investigations.
  2. Accurate data capture & timely reporting on key staffing metrics.
  3. Delivering to timelines and achieving monthly recruitment targets.
  4. Excellent understanding of the recruitment & selection processes.
  5. Using the power of the Internet and social networks to fill vacant positions efficiently.
  6. Appreciating the importance of human resources and recruitment of the right talent for organizational goals.
  7. Performing job analysis.
  8. Coordinating college recruiting initiatives and attending career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
  9. Giving presentations at colleges and increasing awareness of the company.
  10. Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  11. Improving the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
  12. Utilizing the internal database to identify potential candidates.
  13. Placing job requirements on job boards to increase the candidate pool.
  14. Developing creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals.
  15. Expertise in using advanced search techniques and social media platforms.
Job Specification

Excellent organizational skills.
3 to 4 years consistent experience in a Recruiting or Staffing position.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Proven relationship skills and IT skills.
Must have an MPA or MBA in HRM.
