We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team in a full-cycle recruitment role. The ideal candidate will have almost 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and facilitating smooth transitions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for technical roles.
  • International Recruitment: The applicant must have international hiring experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
