Join us and be part of innovative, AI-driven business development strategies. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through client acquisition and direct marketing initiatives.

Office hours: 5pm PKT to 1am

Location: Phase 6 DHA

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement outreach strategies to generate leads and secure client engagements.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales progress and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with enterprise clients.
  • Establish best practices for outreach and business development processes.
  • Contribute to the company's technical culture and mentor team members.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in selling AI, SaaS, or data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with automated outreach tools and AI-driven sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, AI-driven marketing, or advanced sales analytics.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Skills and Experience
  • Expertise in outreach and direct sales strategies.
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, with a proven track record in outreach strategies.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or tech-driven sales environments.
Nice-to-haves
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and scale business operations.
  • Understanding of business development frameworks and client acquisition.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.
  • Experience in conducting discovery calls, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Academic background in computer engineering or a related field.
