Join us and be part of innovative, AI-driven business development strategies. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through client acquisition and direct marketing initiatives.
Office hours: 5pm PKT to 1am
Location: Phase 6 DHA
Key Responsibilities- Implement outreach strategies to generate leads and secure client engagements.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales progress and client interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with enterprise clients.
- Establish best practices for outreach and business development processes.
- Contribute to the company's technical culture and mentor team members.
- Experience in selling AI, SaaS, or data-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with automated outreach tools and AI-driven sales techniques.
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI-driven marketing, or advanced sales analytics.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Expertise in outreach and direct sales strategies.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, with a proven track record in outreach strategies.
- Experience in high-growth startups or tech-driven sales environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and scale business operations.
- Understanding of business development frameworks and client acquisition.
- Proficiency with CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.
- Experience in conducting discovery calls, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Academic background in computer engineering or a related field.
