Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following two positions in the Department of Environmental Sciences, under The ILSI RESEARCH FOUNDATION project No. BRPGP011-13, titled "Ecological impact of transgenic Bt cotton hybrids on soil biological attributes of varying agricultural soils in Pakistan" with the following terms and conditions.
Post name: Research Fellows (2)
Honorarium: Rs. 10,000/- per month per post (Consolidated)
Qualification: M.Sc/M.Phil Environmental or related sciences/engineering
Experience: Candidate having good working experience related to the biogeochemical analyses, soil microbiology, greenhouse studies, and report writing will be preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include working in both field and lab, including growing plants, lab incubations, chemical analyses, preparing project reports, writing new proposals, and manuscript writing.
Project Information: The project duration is 12 months. The above positions are purely on a temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for the entire duration of the project.
