Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Automations & Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time hybrid role involves creating automation workflows in CRM tools and supporting our clients to achieve their goals through proactive support and process optimization.

Experience with AI Chatbots and Voicebots is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Automation: Set up and manage workflows in platforms like Go High Level, HubSpot, etc. Build lead nurturing systems, create integrations with tools like Zapier or Make, and handle data management tasks.
  • Customer Success: Guide clients post-implementation, maintain relationships, track satisfaction, and share feedback. Use Asana for task management and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Understanding of marketing/sales funnels and automation support
  • Familiarity with Asana, Zapier, and basic automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach
  • Comfortable with remote/hybrid work setups
