About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Executive with hands-on experience in HubSpot, particularly Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, to support and optimize our marketing and sales operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless CRM operations, maintaining high data integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making with insightful reporting and analysis.

This role requires a proactive individual who can identify issues, propose improvements, and collaborate across teams to drive customer engagement, improve lead management, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Oversight & Reporting
  • Manage and monitor daily HubSpot CRM operations to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct regular audits and updates of CRM records to support reliable reporting and segmentation
  • Monitor system performance and deliver periodic reports on key CRM metrics including data integrity, customer segmentation, and engagement trends
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into CRM performance for stakeholders

Automation & Workflow Optimization
  • Build and optimize automation workflows in HubSpot aligned with marketing and sales processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance automated customer journeys
  • Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks within workflows and suggest improvements for better efficiency

Campaign Monitoring & Support
  • Assist in the execution and performance monitoring of email campaigns through HubSpot and instantly
  • Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to guide optimization

Data Integrity & Enrichment
  • Implement and uphold data quality standards, including regular data cleaning and deduplication
  • Support enrichment of CRM data through integration tools and manual processes as needed
  • Work with teams to improve data collection methodologies and ensure consistency across systems

Insights & Strategic Recommendations
  • Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support customer journey improvements and strategic goals
  • Provide ongoing recommendations based on system usage, engagement analytics, and lead behavior
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance segmentation and targeting strategies based on data insights

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Software, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, including data management, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
  • Proficiency in HubSpot's reporting and automation tools
  • Experience delivering data-driven insights and working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Solid understanding of email marketing compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and enrichment processes
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and Excel for advanced data analysis
  • Basic programming skills, preferably in Python, for automation or data handling tasks
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, including how to create, edit, and publish pages and manage website content
  • HubSpot Certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software) are a plus
