About the role:

This role primarily includes designing dashboard/trackers for the business teams to monitor and understand the telecom business along with various levers that influence main business KPIs. Interact with different stakeholders in TP and identify opportunities to understand their business needs and deliver the required solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise, including advanced SQL skills, comprehensive knowledge of data warehousing concepts, and hands-on experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Qlik, Apache Superset, Power BI, and Tableau

Your Impactful Goals will

  • Work with Data science team to develop micro segmentation & predictive models
  • Work with CVM Operations team to develop new triggers to be utilized in contextual marketing
  • Develop micro-segmented ARPU enhancement campaigns & business case for the initiatives
  • Churn & Re-joiner analysis and drive actions
  • Manage approvals from pricing on CVM campaigns
  • Point of contact with segment for campaign calendar and BTL targeting
  • Present CVM campaign monthly performance, insights and corrective actions
  • Adhoc analysis based on management questions

Your Typical Day of work will include:
  • Monitor running campaign performance, take corrective measures in case of negative campaigns
  • Cross functional discussion with segments on ATL campaigns targeting
  • Analyze data and identify new segments and plan campaigns to enhance ARPU & reduce churn
  • Presentation to stakeholders and management on running campaigns & insights

What we're looking for:

Education: Ø Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science/ MBA / Data analytics

Work experience:
  • Proven experience in managing revenue & subscriber KPI, BTL campaigns, working experience with CVM team
  • 10+ year experience in Segments, CVM
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Track record in building great relationships with stakeholders and presenting actionable insights that led to meaningful business impact
  • Ability to interact with leadership, present and communicate to the leadership
  • Should be able to analyze, understand and recommend solutions to complex problems
  • Experience in people management, resource building, team management
  • Strong SQL expertise; working knowledge of Python will be a plus
  • Experience in ATL, BTL offer development, business case and evaluation of campaign
  • Understanding of data science and how segmentation and ML models utilized in CVM
