We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented D365 Business Central Consultant/Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Business Central solutions using AL language, tailored to meet specific business needs. You will lead the configuration of key modules, including Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Manufacturing, while managing user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure system integrity and efficiency.

You will also work on API-based integrations, oversee data migrations, and ensure seamless data synchronization across platforms. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is highly valued, as you will have opportunities to extend Business Central's capabilities through automation and custom applications. A strong focus on diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining detailed documentation for all customizations and workflows is essential. The ideal candidate will follow Microsoft best practices, deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, and contribute to continuous system improvements that support business growth.

Location: Twin Cities (Islamabad/Rawalpindi)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT (Night shift)

Type: Full-time (Onsite)

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extensions using AL language.
• Manage customer, vendor, item, and financial configurations within Business Central.
• Integrate third-party platforms and applications using REST APIs and Business Central Web Services.
• Develop and manage system integrations, data migrations, and synchronization processes across environments.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and automate business workflows using Power Automate, and develop apps via Power Apps (preferred).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Business Central technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to best practices in AL development and DevOps pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest Business Central and Power Platform enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central technical development.
• Proficient in AL programming and Business Central extension architecture.
• Strong experience in API development and third-party system integrations (REST/OData).
• Working knowledge of Business Central Web Services, data import/export, and background synchronization.
• Experience in configuring and customizing the Finance module.
• Exposure to power platforms (power automation, power apps, and data verse) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical challenges independently with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD processes for Business Central is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
