Overview

Senior Brand Manager, GCBM at Mondelēz International. Join our mission to lead the future of snacking and drive sustainable growth through a consumer-centric brand portfolio. You will work with cross-functional and regional teams to implement a portfolio strategy aligned with the brand vision, support profit and loss management, and contribute to new product development and platform opportunities.

How You Will Contribute

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric growth. Develop annual plans, set objectives, and allocate resources. Propose integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on deep consumer insights and brand positioning, develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

More About This Role

Education / Certifications: Graduation with a BBA or MBA in Marketing

Experience: 7-9 years of core marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
