Job Description

This role involves shaping and elevating brands across multiple levels, industries, and markets. As a key team member, you will utilize creativity, technology, and data to craft distinctive and impactful brands.

Responsibilities include developing and executing brand strategies, driving pre-sales efforts, leading brand guideline creation, planning and delivering campaigns, overseeing ongoing brand execution, and leveraging AI tools to enhance creative processes.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that elevate positioning, storytelling, and visual identity.
  • Drive business-winning initiatives by creating powerful pitch decks, proposals, and visual narratives.
  • Lead the development and management of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver market-driving campaigns, product launches, and activations from concept through execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or creative brand management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands or complex projects at once.
  • Strong design and presentation skills, including PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-driven creative tools.
  • Ability to create and implement brand guidelines, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills to tell compelling stories.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and analytics.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
