Job Description

Job Context

We are seeking an experienced Sales employee who is responsible for generating new and existing leads, contacting potential clients, promoting fintech business & services, and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate must have experience in reaching out to potential leads through various channels and possess both cold and warm sales experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attract new partners to the organization.
  • Conduct negotiations and agree on individual cooperation terms.
  • Identify potential affiliate partners.
  • Recruit new affiliate partners.
  • Onboard new affiliate partners.
  • Monitor affiliate partner activity.
  • Provide support to affiliate partners.
  • Utilize various means, including social media, messengers, and websites, to attract new partners.

Skills Required: CRM, Fintech Business Sales, Negotiation and Convincing Skills, Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years of experience.

Applicants should have experience in the following areas: Affiliate Marketing, Client Sourcing and Onboarding, Cold and Warm Sales, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Real Estate Sector, and Telemarketing.

Applicants should have experience in the following business area: IT Enabled Services.

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience. (Please no freshers apply for this position.)
  • Applicants with over 8 years of experience should not apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, live interaction, and project management skills.
  • Ability to activate partners and improve cooperation with existing ones.
  • Strong networking, research, and business development skills.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, lead generation, online trading marketing, partner management, and sourcing from any digital platform.
  • Language: Must have advanced English language skills (writing preferred and good conversational).
  • Must be proactive, a problem solver, and able to work under pressure.
