Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Business Development (E-book Front Sales) for our Karachi office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving revenue through direct ebook sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in front-end ebook sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, and converting client interest into successful signups.

The Senior Executive will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
  • Engaging directly with clients to pitch ebook front sales and convert interest into successful signups.
  • Maintaining a strong conversion ratio through persuasive communication and solution-based selling.
  • Consistently achieving monthly revenue targets with accountability for sales performance.
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with authors, writers, and publishers.
  • Providing accurate sales updates, maintaining CRM records, and reporting progress.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution after sales closure.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in ebook front sales with consistent target achievement.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant sales experience).
  • Experience in the ebook publishing or digital marketing sector will be a strong plus.
