Position Overview:

Cybernet is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive
Senior Executive – Imports
to join our dynamic Supply Chain Management team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective import operations while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support all import operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-efficient execution.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of documentation from suppliers, freight forwarders, and coordinate for customs clearance.
  • Collaborate effectively with freight forwarders, warehouse teams, transporters, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Track and review all inbound shipments against KPIs in coordination with the warehouse team.
  • Monitor lead times and proactively address potential delays to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Prepare purchase-related reports, including cost analyses, and monitor stock levels for timely order placements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or ACCA preferred).
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in import operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably
    SAP MM Module
    .
  • Strong command of MS Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Letters of Credit (L/C), Bank Contracts, and various types of remittances.
