Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the business objectives and targets of his region are met or exceeded.
- Lead the Sales team of his region and provide assistance to them to achieve their objectives.
- Develop and implement regional sales plans and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions; adjust regional plans accordingly.
- Identify new business prospects, create business plans, and secure deals to meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with account managers and pre-sales teams of manufacturers.
- Gather manufacturer account managers' preferences for customers and deals.
- Meet with manufacturer account managers weekly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers' C-level and IT managers.
- Visit manufacturer account managers at least twice per week.
- Penetrate new customer bases while retaining existing customers.
- Distribute sales targets to the sales team.
- Enhance technical knowledge of new products and technologies.
- Provide sales coaching to the team.
- Ensure timely service delivery by himself and the team.
- Negotiate pricing with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors as needed.
- Assist in onboarding sales resources for the central region.
- Maintain company assets.
- Operate within legal and company risk parameters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong relationship and management skills.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development and team management.
