Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Officer - ISB at Special Olympics Pakistan, Federal Office in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office administration and ensure a well-maintained working environment.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the staff.
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff, athletes, volunteers for events.
  • Manage vendor relations for timely procurement of supplies and services. Ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
  • Manage the petty cash responsibly and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with documentation and financial tracking related to events and operations.
  • Handle event planning & logistics, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Support media coordination for coverage, documentation, and visibility of events.
  • Ensure smooth communication within the team and with external partners.
  • Supervise maintenance, repairs, and general office upkeep.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, B.COM.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in office administration, operations and logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Administrative assistance skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Prior experience in NGOs, development, or sports-based organizations is a plus.
  • A team player with a passion for inclusion and community development.
