Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Planning:

·Develop and maintain a comprehensive global product roadmap for fixed enterprise solutions.

·Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in international markets.

·Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for global enterprise offerings.

Product Lifecycle Management:

·Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.

·Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories.

·Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Global Market Expansion:

·Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for fixed enterprise solutions in international regions.

·Develop strategies to adapt products and services to meet the specific needs of different global markets.

·Manage relationships with international partners and stakeholders.

Financial and Performance Analysis:

·Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports.

·Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts.

·Identify opportunities to improve product profitability and ROI.

Stakeholder Management:

·Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure product alignment and customer satisfaction.

·Present product strategies and updates to senior management.

·Maintain knowledge of international situations.

Competitive intelligence:

·Monitor and report on competitors, and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Telecom / Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the telecommunication industry
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunication industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time) Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Good Technical Knowledge
