The Role:

As Senior Executive digital products you will be involved in managing end-end operations pertaining to product development, product management, P&L management, and partner management along with ensuring to deliver the best customer experience.

Your Impactful Goals will include:
  1. Managing internal & external stakeholders for timely delivery of all key deliverables pertaining to product development and management.
  2. Optimization of products UI/UX, customer journey, communication to customer and overall consumer experience.
  3. Execute the strategies pertaining to engagement enhancement, churn management, base development, and profitability enhancement.
  4. Focus on exploring best business models, pricing strategies, content offering and marketing mix that will enable the portfolio to deliver to KPIs.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key KPIs: acquisition, engagement, retention, churn, base development and complaints.
Your Career Path:

What we're looking for?Education:

Bachelor's degree or an MBA

Work Experience:
  1. At least 1 – 3 years of experience in the Digital Product Management or Telecom VAS domain.
  2. Experience of P&L management.
  3. Growth Mindset with experience of launching and growing digital products.
  4. In-depth understanding of the Digital Products Ecosystem.
  5. Experience in digital product development & management.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  7. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with strong grip on numbers.
  8. Strong Product Marketing, Digital Marketing & Branding knowledge.
  9. Knowledge of digital products and consumer behaviors.
  10. Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable.
