  • Safe and efficient operation of power plant, in compliance to contractual obligations with customer.
  • Coordinate with Offtaker and fuel supplier for load management and gas supply requirements respectively in accordance with operating procedures and as required under O&M contract.
  • Comply with all EHS policies & Quality Assurance procedures as developed & implemented at site in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and achieve all KPIs.
  • Issuance of LOTO/work permits in the capacity of Senior Authorized Person.
  • Recommend the plant modifications and betterment for safe, efficient and reliable operation.
  • Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective manner· Lead and assist in daily operations; develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans and coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition· Support operations leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources.
  • Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.

What you will do;

What you'll bring;
  • B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) in relevant engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, electronics) from a recognized and reputed university (Recognized by PEC & HEC).
  • Relevant/strong experience in Power Plant Operations and some experience leading shift teams.
  • Relevant experience in GE Gas Turbines is a mandatory requirement for subject position.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to understand and execute contracts.
  • Ability to communicate with Offtaker (Written / Oral).
