Job Title: Automotive Service Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions and ensure accurate follow-up actions are taken.
  • Meet individual and team targets to deliver high-quality customer service and meet service level agreements.
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed responses to customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software to log customer interactions accurately.
  • Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and deliver a positive customer experience.
