We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager MI Reporting.

Principal responsibilities

  1. Proactively pick up and resolve all service requests received within the agreed SLA, including the provision of ad hoc and regular reporting.
  2. Provide knowledge transfer and training to users for Qlik and support self-service functionality.
  3. Escalate complex/problematic requests to line management, including overdue incidents.
  4. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working with business groups to understand processes and operations.
  5. Provide guidance on self-serve reports and ensure work is processed according to established procedures. Support procurement transformation projects where applicable.
  6. Ensure all deliverables meet Quality Assurance, Change Control, and Release Management standards.
  7. Diagnose initial issues and prioritize incident and problem resolution.
  8. Update and maintain the knowledge base and technical documentation. Understand customer requirements and proactively provide data and analysis, escalating anomalies as needed.
  9. Conduct data activities securely, adhering to policies, standards, and regulations.
  10. Develop analytical capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
