Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Associatewith strong English communication skills and experience in the IT or tech sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our US-based MSP clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve their business goals through our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, with a focus on the IT and tech industries, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Assist customers in onboarding, training, and troubleshooting product-related issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively address potential challenges to prevent churn.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain CRM updates.
Requirements:
  • 0-1 yearof experience in customer success, support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer queries with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
