Customer Relationship Associate

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Relationship Associate to maintain relationships with our current clients while identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identify new potential clients through research and networking efforts.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be available to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
