We're a growing dispatch services company helping US-based trucking companies run smoothly and maximize profits. From load booking to paperwork and carrier support, we handle it all. Our goal is to be a trusted partner in their daily operations, and we need someone like you to take our outreach and client success to the next level.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, contact, and close deals with US-based trucking companies (Owner-Operators, Small Fleets)
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline using a CRM tool
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure excellent onboarding and service delivery
  • Suggest and improve sales processes, scripts, and strategies based on market feedback
  • 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in logistics, dispatching, freight, or similar US-based services)
  • Strong command over English (spoken and written)
  • Confident communicator and a natural closer
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US hours)
