PegaSync is hiring a Business Development Executive (Upwork Expert - Female) to join our team in Karachi. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with expertise in Upwork lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to achieve business goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales & business development.
Expertise in Upwork lead generation and client acquisition.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work night shifts.
Experience in the tech/IT industry is a plus

Work Hours:

Shift Options:

• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
