Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Karachi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing reports. The Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives and will be instrumental in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other business tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the shipping and logistics industry is a plus
