We're a results-driven digital agency looking for a Business Development Specialist with strong experience on Upwork to help us grow our client base. We want to work with you if you know how to win projects, write persuasive proposals, and manage client communications from inquiry to contract.

About Us:

We offer web development, AI automation, SEO, mobile app development, etc, and we're scaling fast. Our goal is to build a steady pipeline of qualified, high-value clients through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Responsibilities:

Search and bid on relevant Upwork jobs daily

Write custom, high-converting proposals tailored to each job

Follow up with leads and handle communication professionally

Schedule discovery calls and support deal closing

Keep track of all prospects, proposals, and statuses

Meet monthly lead and conversion targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in Upwork-based business development
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong understanding of client pain points and how to pitch solutions
  • Familiarity with digital services (web/app development, SaaS, SEO, etc.)
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive communicator
  • Ability to think strategically and identify high-potential opportunities

Bonus If You Have:

Experience working with digital agencies

Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion

Background in B2B sales or technical project scoping

Compensation:

  • Monthly base + performance bonus/commission on closed deals
  • Open to part-time or full-time, depending on results
