Business Development Executive Job

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in Upwork bidding and freelance platform engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify relevant opportunities and bid strategically on Upwork.
    • Write tailored, persuasive proposals that align with client needs.
    • Maintain and enhance the company's Upwork profile and credibility.
    • Build and manage a pipeline of leads and prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Track and report on bidding success rates and lead conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and lead generation through freelance platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the IT and digital services industry.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
