Responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service. Conduct sales and marketing calls to book meetings with potential clients. Send follow-up marketing materials and make follow-up monthly calls until a relationship is established. Call and personally visit potential, new, and existing customers to facilitate new business. Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings. Coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sale. Manage product sales growth, individual sales effectiveness, and account base by reviewing sales activity schedule.
Develop and roll out the marketing plan, including new product development and launch programmes. Set up the sales and marketing and win new business. Review the total supply business strategy and commence implementation. Review all sales activity and identify new product opportunities. Determine market potential and develop pricing strategies for advanced technologies and products. Engage customers as a product expert to establish relationships and gain market insight. Monitor market trends in the south region and inform higher management of changes in competition, product availability, or related matters. Develop marketing policy, recommend product revisions, and price changes.
Job SpecificationWell versed in IT. Must have good contacts in business sectors, especially banks.
