Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors in marketing/business administration or any relevant field.

As an IT sales professional, you'll need to:

  • Attract customers and arrange meetings either face-to-face or over the phone.
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications.
  • Generate new business leads by demonstrating our services and products like support, custom software, custom website development, and custom mobile applications.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
  • Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature.
  • Meet sales targets and lead the team by helping them in taking follow-ups, creating proposals, and quotations.
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
  • Manage workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have work experience with a software house/digital marketing agency that deals with diversified services.
  • Must have sound knowledge of software, mobile applications, websites, social media marketing, search engine optimization, and Google PPC to sell them.
  • No time bound; must be target-oriented.
  • Must be presentable.
  • Must be proactive and able to work under pressure.
