Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Techno-Commercial Executive located in Rawalpindi. The Techno-Commercial Executive will be responsible for managing the technical and commercial aspects of projects, closely coordinating with the technical and sales teams. The daily tasks will include overseeing customer requirements, developing proposals, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves evaluating and improving current processes to drive operational excellence and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and customers to ensure accurate understanding of client needs and project requirements.
- Develop and present techno-commercial proposals, bids, and tenders in alignment with customer needs and company offerings.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to define product specifications tailored to client demands.
- Assist in pricing strategies, cost estimation, and contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring seamless project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and telecom regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local telecom regulations and standards.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and feedback to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering/BSCS or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a techno-commercial role in the telecom or ICT industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, RF planning, fiber optics, 4G/5G, and network equipment (e.g., BTS, BSC, transmission).
- Familiarity with telecom project implementation and operations.
- Commercial Skills:
- Understanding of pricing models, contract terms, and bid management.
- Experience with public and private sector procurement processes in Pakistan.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
