We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedElixir Developerwith strong experience in thePETAL stack (Phoenix, Elixir, TailwindCSS, AlpineJS, and LiveView)to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building scalable, performant, and maintainable web applications that deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust backend services usingElixir and Phoenix Framework
  • Build interactive, real-time user interfaces usingLiveView and AlpineJS
  • Implement responsive and modern UI usingTailwindCSS
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience withElixirandPhoenix Framework
  • Hands-on experience withLiveViewfor building real-time applications
  • Proficient inTailwindCSSandAlpineJSfor modern front-end development
  • Strong understanding of OTP, concurrency, and functional programming principles
  • Experience working withPostgreSQL,Ecto, andObanfor background processing
  • Experience building APIs (REST or GraphQL)
  • Comfortable working with Git and Agile development practices
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
