Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Developer / Production Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both leading development efforts and overseeing the production pipeline to ensure timely and high-quality game releases. This role is perfect for a skilled developer with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. We are looking for a candidate with a strong personality who can take charge of the developer team and effectively manage workflow to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, designers, and artists to ensure smooth development workflows.

Oversee the production process, setting milestones, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.

Take full ownership of development tasks and team management, ensuring accountability and efficiency.

Design, develop, and optimize core gameplay mechanics, engine systems, and tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement innovative solutions.

Maintain and improve development pipelines, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across different stages of development.

Work closely with the game developers, designers, UI Artists to ensure a polished and high-quality final product.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in game development, with a focus on programming and production management.

A strong, confident personality with the ability to take charge and effectively manage a development team.

Proficiency in C++, C#, or relevant game development languages.

Experience working with game engines such as Real Engine or Unity.

Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multiplayer game development and networking.

Knowledge of AI, physics engines, rendering techniques, and animation systems.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.

Experience with version control systems such as Git, Perforce, or SVN.

Previous experience launching a game from concept to release.
