Job Summary:

We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountants to join the growing finance team. The successful candidates will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS.
  • Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable/Payable:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.

General Accounting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Assist with fixed asset accounting, including depreciation and amortization.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Compliance:

  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: CA or CA Finalist.

Experience: 0-2 years of post-article experience in a finance and accounting role.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, macros).

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
