We are ACCA registered firm in the United Kingdom having a back office in Defence Phase II Extension, Karachi, Pakistan.

We are seeking Senior Accountants to join our Bookkeeping Department. The role involves managing end-to-end bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in bookkeeping and accounting practices with the ability to manage multiple client accounts independently. This job in based in Karachi Office.

The Candidate will be engaged to perform the following duties for our clients.

  • Set up cloud-based accounting software as per clients' bookkeeping and monthly reporting requirements
  • Record all day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) in accounting software.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card and control accounts
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts and prepare financial statements
  • Liaise with Manager and respond to client queries promptly
  • Supervise and support junior accountants/bookkeepers, where applicable
  • Maintain client files in accordance with internal quality control standards on cloud.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Education: ACCA Part Qualified/ M.com/ B.com
  • Preferred Qualification: ACCA (part-qualified)
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Understanding in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks online
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
