IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Provide administrative services to new customers and ensure network rehabilitation. Organize and control daily, weekly, and monthly targets using available resources to deliver the best customer experience.

Ensure the end-to-end process of providing high-quality phone connection installations to customers is smooth and trouble-free.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Improve key performance indicators such as MTTP, MTTR, and CHI.
  • Support development teams in rehab and fiber deployment projects, identifying potential areas for MSAG installation and fiber deployment.
  • Assist in planning network rehabilitation in business-rich areas and ensure resource provisioning for network enhancements.
  • Reduce complaint registration, repeated complaints, and denied complaints.
  • Ensure the security and safety of team members, hand holes, PVC ducts, and cables.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BE/BS/BSc in Electrical, Power, or Telecom Engineering
  • Understanding of the deployment and post-sales services of fixed-line telecom providers

Technical Skills:

  • FTTH/GPON Network Design and Deployment
  • Rehabilitation and Technical Planning
  • Quality and Complaint Management
