Overview

Join our IT & Digital Transformation Team and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions for academic and administrative systems across universities and colleges.


We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical excellence. If you love analyzing complex workflows, defining precise requirements, and driving digital transformation in the education sector, this role is for you



Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including:
    • Business Requirements Document (BRD)
    • Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
    • Use Cases & Process Flow Diagrams (As-Is/To-Be)


  • Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications for development and QA teams.
  • Develop interactive wireframes and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Create Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) using , Miro, Lucidchart, etc.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Facilitate requirement validation sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Ensure requirement traceability across the SDLC.
  • Focus on academic workflows: admissions, examinations, student information systems, and faculty/staff portals.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and diagramming tools , Miro, Lucidchart).
  • Proven ability to write BRDs, SRS, and Use Cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for documentation and process improvement.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in universities, colleges, or educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of student lifecycle processes and academic ERP/HMIS systems.
  • Understanding of UML and BPMN notations (a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and integration concepts.
