Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Product Manager to join our Digital Lending team, focusing on credit card products. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and scaling our credit card offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements, implement growth strategies, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Management:

  • Assist in the development and refinement of our credit card products, including feature enhancements, user experience improvements, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs for credit card products.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to make easypaisa credit card a flagship offering of easypaisa and customer's first choice in the market.
  • Lead partnerships with restaurants, e-commerce platforms etc. to deliver discounts and unique offerings to easypaisa credit card customers.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and customer onboarding processes.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer data to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting product performance, growth metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
  • Collaborate with technology and development teams to deliver product enhancements and resolve any technical issues related to credit card offerings.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand pain points and areas for enhancement in the credit card product experience.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • The incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by easypaisa bank limited Behaviours (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of his/her work conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related role, ideally within the financial services or digital lending sector.
  • Proven experience with credit card products and a solid understanding of the credit card market and customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
