Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephony Engineer located in Lahore District. The Telephony Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining telephony systems, troubleshooting issues, supporting Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, configuring IVR systems, and providing technical support. Daily tasks will include monitoring telephony infrastructure, responding to technical queries, and ensuring seamless communication operations for the organization.

Qualifications
  • Experience with IVR and VoIP systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Knowledge of telephony systems and their maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
