Who we are looking for- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to communicate in English via email, Slack, and WhatsApp.
- Willing to travel for official commitments.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to work extended hours when needed.
- Manage administrative staff.
- Keep the office organized and clean.
- Provide basic IT support and maintain office equipment.
- Maintain records, especially for expenses.
- Order and track office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation.
- Handle small cash transactions and reimbursements.
