We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting various departments, and maintaining administrative systems and procedures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks for our beverage team.
  2. Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  3. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  4. Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors.
  5. Support HR and finance departments with administrative assistance.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of relevant experience in office administration.
  3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
