The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting various departments, and maintaining administrative systems and procedures efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks for our beverage team.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in office administration.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
