Looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree; an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing is preferred, with at least 7-8 years of experience in international freight sales within the Lahore/Karachi market.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets in Freight Forwarding (FF) products.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the local market and cultivate strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate expertise in FF products with sufficient knowledge in operations and pricing.
  • Meet recovery targets for assigned accounts.
  • Manage profitability and yield for the customer base.
  • Cultivate a portfolio of satisfied customers to initiate business immediately.
  • Thrive in a challenging work environment and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Gather feedback from clients on quotations to ensure they align with their needs and expectations.
  • Strategically target potential clients based on branch objectives and market segmentation to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of freight forwarding products, including import/export procedures, documentation requirements, and Incoterms.
  • Follow up with existing customers, provide sales support, and communicate effectively with customers and counterparts as needed.
  • Proficiency in profitability and yield management for assigned customer accounts.
  • Work efficiently in a challenging and dynamic environment.
