About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as a Deputy Manager - Revenue/Commercial Finance. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager - Finance in managing sales and aftersales accounting, revenue tracking, collections, credit control, and financial reporting.

Your key responsibilities:

Manage sales and aftersales revenue accounting, including report validation, accruals, and royalty payments.Oversee dealer collections, credit control, receivables tracking, and provision calculations to ensure healthy cash flow.Perform daily bank reconciliations and coordinate with banks to resolve collection discrepancies.Support end-to-end financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R), monthly closings, and variance analysis.Maintain internal controls and contribute to financial system/report development and business modeling.Manage dealership financial operations, including incentives, warranty claims, and account reconciliations.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support audits, while handling ad-hoc financial and operational tasks.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACCA, CA (Finalist), MBA, or equivalent professional certification.

Experience and skills:

You will have:

  • 5+ years of experience gained from Manufacturing, MNC or sizeable companies.

Job-Specific/Technical Skills:

You should have:

  • Proven experience with SAP S4HANA (SD, MM, CS, FI modules) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Oracle or similar ERPs is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition standards, sales accounting, and financial reporting in automotive and aftersales operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; able to collect data from multiple sources and prepare meaningful, concise reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and travel as needed.
