We are seeking a Senior PPC Specialist to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with a strong background in paid search campaigns, particularly across Google platforms. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end PPC campaigns, optimizing for performance, and driving measurable ROI for our clients/business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across:

* Google Search

* Google Shopping

* (Preferable but not required: Bing Search & Shopping)

* (Optional: Meta Paid Marketing)

* Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities.

* Monitor and analyze campaign performance to continually optimize results.

* Perform conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance campaign effectiveness.

* Generate regular, insightful performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns, especially Google Ads.

* Proven track record of driving measurable results through paid search.

* Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Excel/Sheets.

* Excellent understanding of keyword strategies and bidding models.

* Familiarity with Meta and Bing Ads is a plus, but not required.

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads Certification(s)

Experience in eCommerce or lead generation campaigns

Knowledge of landing page optimization best practices
