Your Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the scope, cost, schedule, and contractual performance deliverables
  2. Apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
  3. Manage all project resources, including SMART INTELLECT, customer, and subcontractors
  4. Establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer
  5. Provide day-to-day direction to the project teams
  6. Provide regular project status updates to the customer and SMART INTELLECT management
  7. Develop and maintain the project plan
  8. Timely and accurate project(s) progress & issues
  9. Provide guidance on strategies, requirements specifications, and functional specifications, which meet customer requirements and project standards
  10. Facilitate the development of the application architecture, technology selection, and detail application specifications
  11. Closely work with other teams to ensure tight alignment of objectives and expectations
  12. Manage Vendor and SMART INTELLECT teams to ensure that the developed solution matches the required solution
  13. Define and monitor issues, dependencies, risks, and risk mitigation strategies
  14. Monitor and assess the quality of the deliverables
  15. Provide feedback on methodology improvement/customization and share new tools to enhance processes
  16. Facilitate sharing best practices, with documentation of best practices and lessons learned
  17. Provide overall guidance to teams under direction
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Good analytical and strategy skills
  2. Ability to gain confidence with the customer and influence at multiple levels
