Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in managing project files, including contracts, project dashboards, payment schedules, site visit schedules, and client meeting schedules.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely delivering quality work assigned by the project manager, which may deviate from the job description but will be within the skillset presented in the job application.

The selected candidate will be required to maintain company equipment in good condition and ensure it is ready for use at any time. Additionally, they may be required to work overtime for swift task execution.

Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be expected to keep their knowledge and skillset up-to-date to execute projects effectively.

Pleasant communication skills and a professional demeanor are necessary for this position.
